The Detroit Wine Organization is hosting a wine tasting and strolling dinner event to benefit the students in Winning Futures. In addition to having a selection of over 70 wines to sample, all guests will enjoy a strolling dinner of:

• House Smoked Salmon Rillete
• Pork Potsticker, Ponzu Sauce
• Artichoke and Spinach Tart
• Mini Beef Wellington
• Pasta Station with Shrimp and Chicken
• Garlic Bread and Crispy Lawash

VIP guests will have the opportunity to attend a pre-party to sample a collection of high-end wines and martinis in a private room, along with:

• Cheese Platter
• Mushroom Tart
• Vegetarian Spring Rolls
• Baby Spinach and Feta Cheese Spanakopita
• Beef Satay
• Asian Wok Station – Stir fry vegetables, hoisin chicken and rock shrimp, citrus glaze and sweet and sour sauce.
